Are all your cookies vegan?
Absolutely, all our cookies are vegan. We do not use any animal products in either the production process or in the cookies themselves. Therefore, our cookies are completely dairy-free and egg-free.
How many pickup location do you have?
At present, our sole pickup point is situated within Chris’s Place, located at 1725 E Warm Springs Rd Ste 18, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Shipping is available to ensure you never miss out.
Can I make changes or cancel an order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order or take cancellations once the order is placed. All sales are final. Still have questions? Please contact info@xocrumbs.com and we would be glad to assist you.
Do you offer any gluten free flavors?
Currently, we don’t have gluten-free cookies available, but keep an eye out for upcoming flavor releases.
Do you have gift cards?
Gift Cards will be available soon.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. If your cookies arrive demolished, we’ll reship the order at our cost, once we’ve received photos of the damages. Please note, you have 48 hours upon delivery to report broken cookies. Need additional help? Contact info@xocrumbs.com

Our cookies, weighing approximately 160g and measuring 4.5″ in diameter, are more than enough to bring a smile to your face and to someone else’s, should you feel like sharing.
Do you have any gluten free or sugar free flavors?
We do not offer any gluten-free or sugar-free flavors at this time, but please check back regularly, as we do release new flavors on a monthly basis.
Do your cookies have allergens?
Our cookies are entirely vegan, though they do include wheat, and are crafted in a facility that also processes soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

How long is the cookie good to eat once I receive it?
Our products are crafted without any artificial preservatives, ensuring the highest quality. For the optimum taste experience, we recommend enjoying them on the day they are received. These cookies can be frozen effectively for up to 3 months, either in their original packaging or in a sealed airtight container.
Are your cookies Kosher?
Our cookies are not Kosher at this time.
Where can you ship?
We deliver across the continental United States. Looking to send your cookies to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other global destination? Reach out to info@xocrumbs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request! Please be aware that XO Crumbs is not liable for any taxes that may apply to international shipments once they depart from our bakery.
When do you ship?
Our bakery dispatches cookies from Monday to Friday. Although we don’t ship during weekends, weekend deliveries are possible. Immediately after your cookies are freshly baked, we carefully package and send them off to ensure they arrive with guaranteed freshness.
